• The project schedule provided is an estimate and may be subject to change due to various factors, including, but not limited to, material availability, subcontractor scheduling, weather delays, and unforeseen site conditions. We will keep you informed of any anticipated delays and work diligently to minimize disruptions.

Permits and Inspections:

• Obtaining all necessary permits and scheduling inspections is the responsibility of the website. However, any delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client may extend the project timeline.

Existing Conditions:

• Our estimates are based on the readily observable conditions of your property. Unforeseen conditions, such as hidden structural issues, asbestos, or lead paint, may require additional work and could impact the project cost and timeline. We will discuss any such discoveries with you and obtain your authorization before proceeding with additional work.

Client Responsibilities:

• Clients are responsible for providing timely decisions regarding material selections and design changes. Delays in decision-making may extend the project schedule.
• Clients are responsible for maintaining access to the worksite and removing any personal belongings that may hinder remodeling progress.
• Disposing of unwanted materials or appliances may incur additional charges not included in the initial estimate.

Warranty:

• Our website warrants its workmanship for a long period following project completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not extend to normal wear and tear, improper use, or damage caused by external factors.
• Manufacturer warranties for materials and appliances will apply separately.

Limitations of Liability:

• Milano Dezign & Build is not liable for delays or disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as acts of God, material shortages, labor strikes, or inclement weather.
• We are also not liable for pre-existing conditions discovered during remodeling or for damages caused by pre-existing structural issues.
